We are always here to support you and answer many of the questions that we receive from our members ourselves. However, you should not expect the Club to consist of 1:1 teaching sessions between you and Nathalie and Mathias. Both of them spend most of their time creating new courses and other online resources, as well as working on their VLOG to support parents. We care very much about our students. We aren’t one of those online courses where you get ditched the instant they get your money. Nathalie and Mathias have been known to go way beyond the call of duty to help individuals, but you shouldn’t expect a private mentorship in the course.

No, absolutely not! When we create new courses and materials, we assume that our students are not familiar with the subject that we teach.

Up till now, our Club addresses issues which are related to newborns, babies and toddlers up to 36 months of age. With that said, due to the growing demand, we are already preparing a range of courses and materials for older children (from 3 years). But we will let you know once we have added these new courses!

No! Please understand that while we teach everything that we know to help you help your child naturally, an online program cannot replace the personal interaction between a doctor and your child. Moreover, our Club is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disease. Here is an example: let's say your baby is constipated. Then we want you to be able to help your child naturally (either with Shonishin or reflexology) instead of feeding your child laxatives or similar stuff. That is what the Club is for: teaching you the tools to help your child naturally. However, if your child's constipation is a symptom of a disease (f.e. Chron's disease), then a medical treatment (i.e. giving your child conventional medicine) may be inevitable. Therefore, it is super important that you have check-ups with a doctor so that you can always exclude other important reasons, like diseases, why your child is developing the symptoms that she does. Such a diagnosis can only be made by a doctor who is able to look at your child's individual case thanks to the personal interaction.

The duration of each treatment depends on the treatment itself (i.e. the problem you are trying to solve) and your experience. At the beginning, a treatment may take up to 7-10 minutes. However, over time, that duration may go down to 2 minutes only, again, depending on your level of experience and how often you apply a treatment.

That depends on the treatment (i.e. the problem you want to solve). If you do not have much time, go for the FAST TRACK! That means that you simply imitate what Nathalie is teaching in the videos. This will take about 15 minutes on average if you do it the first time. However, if you want to LEARN what Nathalie is teaching and go for the SLOW MODE track, then you are going to need at least 30 minutes to go through your first course. However, after you have completed your first course, things are going to get much easier, because the course preparation parts are mostly identical throughout courses. The same applies to some of the lessons which are identical to the lessons of other courses. Therefore, you will find it much easier to go through other courses, once you have completed your first course!

You will get immediate access to all courses which we have published so far. New courses and materials will be added as soon as they become available! You can then immediately start with your first course and apply the treatment straight away!

As every other massage treatment, baby massage treatments should not be applied if your baby has an increased temperature (or even a fever) or when she suffers from skin-related problems like eczema! This rule applies to all of our Shonishin, reflexology and classic baby massage treatments. However, it does not apply to our TCM baby fever course as well as our ear seed courses (please note: the ear seed courses have not been launched yet - but will be very soon).
